Job summary

PT. Joinease Manufaktur Indonesia is seeking an engineer to support engineering projects, new product introductions, and model transfers. You will manage BOMs, drawings, specifications, and related documents while coordinating with the Mother Company and suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 1–2 years of experience, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with AutoCAD or similar software is a plus, and you will collaborate across process,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in specified engineering fields.
• 1–2 years relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Familiar with BOM, drawings, specifications and technical docs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD/engineering software is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects, NPI, and model transfer activities.
• Prepare, update, and control BOM, drawing, specification, WI and engineering documents.
• Support ECR/ECN/ECO implementation and follow up related changes.
• Coordinate technical information and document clarification with Mother Company.
• Support local supplier development for packaging, tooling, jig/fixture, and other engineering requirements.
• Follow up sample development, trial, validation, and improvement with suppliers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Process Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Tooling for project implementation.
• Maintain engineering documents, revision history, and project records.
• Monitor project action items, timeline, and implementation status.
• Support technical problem solving and other engineering activities as assigned.

Job description

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.

2. Min 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry

3. Familiar with BOM, drawing, specification, and technical documentation

4. Able to use Microsoft Office, AutoCAD/engineering software is advantage

5. Good coordination, communication, and problem solving skills
