Job summary

PT DBG Technology Indonesia seeks a Tooling & Equipment Administrator – SMT/DIP to support tooling, fixtures, and production equipment in our Batam facility. You will leverage SAP/ERP, Excel, and basic 2D drawings to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in tooling or manufacturing, and be able to read drawings, handle measurement tools like calipers and micrometers, and support overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in tooling, equipment, fixture, warehouse, or production support.
• Experience in SMT/DIP or electronics manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP/ERP is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
• Able to read basic 2D mechanical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Familiar with measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Understanding of tooling/fixture structures and basic mechanical principles.
• Familiar with ESD and 5S requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and support overtime/shift requirements when necessary.
