Job summary

PT Venturindo Jaya Batam is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to perform product costing analysis, support production cost activities, and assist with NPI initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, CAD proficiency, and strong problem-solving. English fluent for business communication in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or CATIA).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with PLC programming or automation systems (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Root Cause Analysis).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamplayer and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English for business communication and reporting.

Requirement :

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA)

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly methods, and production equipment.

Familiarity with PLC programming or automation systems (preferred for electrical/automation tracks).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Root Cause Analysis).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for business communication and reporting.
