PT Talenta Guna Nusantara in Indonesia invites applications for a Production Engineering & Maintenance Manager. The role leads equipment and mould projects, plans budgeting, and oversees TPM, OEE, maintenance strategies, and reliability improvement.
You will manage a technical team, coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering, read P&ID and drawings, and ensure compliance with safety standards and Indonesian regulations; fluency in English is required.
Bachelor's Degree (S1) or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mould Design & Manufacturing, or other relevant Engineering disciplines.
D3 candidates may be considered with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Equipment, Mould, Maintenance, or Project Management within a manufacturing environment, with minimum Assistant Manager level.
Experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably home appliance manufacturing.
Strong experience in end-to-end mould development, mould acceptance, mould maintenance, and mould asset management.
Experienced in equipment project management and investment control, including input-output analysis and cost/base price calculation.
Experienced in TPM, equipment improvement, preventive/corrective maintenance, OEE, equipment reliability, and downtime management.
Experience managing a technical/engineering team.
Knowledge of cooling systems and energy management covering water, electricity, gas, and steam.
Able to troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and refrigeration systems, and read P&ID, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and mould drawings.
Basic knowledge of Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC and 3D engineering software such as SolidWorks, UG/Pro-E is an advantage.
Active English, including technical communication and reporting, not limited to conversation.
Job Description:
Lead the overall Equipment & Mould Project function, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
Manage equipment investment projects from initial planning, cost estimation, construction supervision, commissioning, acceptance, and handover.
Lead mould development and maintenance projects, including development progress, mould acceptance, maintenance planning, and mould asset management.
Establish and implement TPM, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and equipment improvement programs.
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve OEE, downtime, maintenance costs, and equipment reliability.
Lead troubleshooting and improvement activities for production equipment and mould-related issues.
Manage department operations, including team development, manpower planning, performance management, and budget control.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other related departments to ensure smooth project and maintenance activities.
Develop technical training programs and improve the skills and capabilities of equipment and mould maintenance teams.
Ensure equipment and maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and applicable Indonesian regulations.
