Manpower & Material Coordinator - Civil Interior Worker
- Coordinate Head Workers (Kepala Tukang), skilled workers, helpers, and daily workers based on project requirements and instructions from the Civil Supervisor.
- Plan and distribute manpower across multiple projects, including determining the number and type of workers required for each site.
- Coordinate daily work allocation with each Head Worker and ensure manpower is used effectively according to the project schedule and priorities.
- Monitor daily manpower attendance, productivity, and work progress, and report manpower issues or shortages to the Civil Supervisor.
- Coordinate weekly wage administration for daily workers, including attendance verification, working days/overtime records, and payment calculation through the Head Worker.
- Coordinate manpower mobilization and demobilization when workers need to be transferred between projects.
- Support the recruitment and development of Head Workers, skilled workers, and helpers to gradually build the company's own internal civil workforce.
- Coordinate material requirements with the Head Worker and Civil Supervisor, including quantity estimation, material requests, delivery schedules, and site availability.
- Monitor material usage and stock at the project site to minimize shortages, over-ordering, waste, and unnecessary purchases
- Coordinate material delivery to project sites and ensure materials arrive according to the required work schedule
- Handle basic project administration, including manpower records, material records, simple progress reports, and supporting documentation.
- Manage limited Cash Advance (CA) for approved manpower or site operational requirements and ensure proper supporting documents and settlement.
- Coordinate with subcontractors when required, particularly during the transition period while the company is developing its own civil workforce.
- Support multiple small-scale projects simultaneously, especially projects starting at approximately 80–100 sqm, and coordinate priorities when manpower resources are limited.
- Identify manpower, material, or site issues early and coordinate solutions directly with the Civil Supervisor.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in civil construction, interior fit-out, or site coordination.
- Good understanding of civil works, construction methods, and building materials.
- Experience in coordinating Head Workers (Kepala Tukang), skilled workers, helpers, and daily workers.
- Able to understand construction drawings and basic material calculations.
- Able to plan and manage manpower allocation across multiple project sites.
- Basic knowledge of material planning, material requests, delivery, and site stock control.
- Able to handle basic administration such as worker attendance, weekly wage calculation, Cash Advance (CA), and simple site reports.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills in site conditions.
- Able to work independently and coordinate closely with the Civil Supervisor and Head Workers.
- Having a network of Head Workers and skilled construction workers is an advantage.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and monitoring.
- Willing to work on-site, visit the workshop, and travel to project locations as required.
