First Indonesia is seeking a Preferable Coordinator Project with a background in Interior Design to manage retail and office interiors. You will meet clients, prepare quotations, visit sites for measurements, and coordinate with the interior design team to translate requirements into plans.
You will monitor project status, maintain strong client relationships, ensure on-time deliverables, and report progress to the Director.
Meeting with clients to finalize and sign required documents
Prepare quotations for customers and ensure the drawings and specifications satisfy their requirements
Visit site to take measurements and prepare basic planning
Work together with Interior Design team to set up meetings with potential client to understand their Interior Design requirements
Monitor the projects status and be the main person to communicate with clients
Maintain a high degree of customer relationship and to ensure all merchandising and project tools are up to date
Report to Director on project prospects, weekly reviews, etc.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in preferable, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil or equivalent
At least 5-10 year(s) experiences in handling Interior Design/furniture projects are a plus
Required skill (s): Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, independent, market analysis, presentations, selling and negotiation skills, motivated and willing to learn
Communication is a plus and must can speak English
Able to work under pressure
Interacts effectively with all team project and subcon
