Job summary

PT TeamworX Indonesia is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead the development and coordination of CSA BIM models across Civil, Structural, and Architectural disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate BIM activities among CSA engineers, architects, designers, and other disciplines, including MEP, ensuring adherence to BEP, standards, and client requirements. Strong Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD skills and 5+ years of CSA BIM coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM, with at least 5 years in a BIM Coordinator or similar coordination role.
• Strong experience in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) BIM coordination.
• Experience in building, industrial, infrastructure, or similar construction projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM software.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards, workflows, model coordination, and clash detection.
• Familiar with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Common Data Environment (CDE), and BIM deliverable requirements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEP disciplines.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
• Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the development of BIM models for CSA disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate BIM activities among CSA engineers, architects, designers, and other disciplines, including MEP.
• Ensure BIM models are developed in accordance with BEP, standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct model coordination and clash detection between CSA and other disciplines using BIM software.
• Identify, track, and coordinate the resolution of design clashes and model coordination issues.
• Manage model updates and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of BIM deliverables.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of BIM coordination reports, clash reports, model review records, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely submission of BIM deliverables.
• Support the development and implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to BIM Modelers and project team members.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate coordination issues and required actions to relevant stakeholders.
