Job summary

DARY JAYA GEMILANG is seeking a seasoned Project Manager (Fit Out Office Interior) in Jakarta for leadership of end-to-end corporate interior projects. The role demands a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in medium to large-scale office fit-outs.

• Proficient in English (Spoken, Written, and Read).
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience specifically medium to large-scale Office Interior Fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, MEP systems, and building codes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, and site management software.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively with laborers, internal and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end site execution for corporate & commercial interior fit-out projects from setup to handover.
• Planning & Schedule: Develop master work schedules, manpower allocation, and material delivery timelines to ensure 100% on-time completion.
• Site & Subcontractor Control: Supervise daily site operations, sub-contractors, custom joinery, and MEP teams with strict quality & safety (K3) standards.
• Cost & Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and process Variation Orders (VOs) accurately.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as primary liaison between clients, architects, interior designers, and building management.
• Zero-Defect Handover: Conduct rigorous site inspections, manage the snagging list, and finalize As-Built documents for site handover.

PROJECT MANAGER (Fit Out Office Interior)

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.

[Mandatory] Proficient in English (Spoken, Written, and Read).

Minimum 10 years of proven experience specifically medium to large-scale Office Interior Fit-outs.

Strong knowledge of interior finishes, custom joinery, MEP systems, and building codes.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, and site management software.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively with laborers, internal and corporate clients.

Physically fit and Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

Able to be placed in anywhere project is needed.

Possession of a valid SIM A and / or SIM C (driver’s licenses) is preferred.
