• Strong knowledge of commercial fitout interior design principles, materials and methods.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets and resources for multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial interior fitout projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, including contractors, suppliers and subcontractors, to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and company standards.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate sequencing of works to minimise delays and optimise resource utilisation.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates and change orders.
• Liaise with clients, architects and other stakeholders to address concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities whilst maintaining quality standards.
• Implement and enforce health, safety and environmental (HSE) protocols on all project sites.
• Train and mentor junior supervisory staff and on-site personnel to enhance their skills and professional development.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges promptly to maintain project momentum and team morale.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor Commercial Fitout Interior to join MAISON DEKOR INDO in West Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing commercial interior fitout projects from conception through to completion. As Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, whilst maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets. This role is essential to our operations and will directly impact the successful delivery of our commercial fitout interior projects.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial interior fitout projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications, timelines and budgets

Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, including contractors, suppliers and subcontractors, to maintain productivity and quality standards

Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and company standards

Manage project schedules and coordinate the sequencing of works to minimise delays and optimise resource utilisation

What we're looking for

Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Project Supervisor or Foreperson in commercial interior fitout or related construction sectors

Strong knowledge of commercial fitout interior design principles, materials and construction methodologies

Proven expertise in project management, including scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation

Excellent understanding of building codes, safety regulations and quality standards relevant to commercial construction

Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and motivating diverse on-site teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, architects, contractors and stakeholders

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications and technical documents

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements

Knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Formal qualification in construction management, civil engineering or related discipline is preferred

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
