Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering or related field and 2–3 years of site coordination experience, with strong Excel skills and good communication on-site.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in civil construction, interior fit-out, or site coordination.
• Ability to read construction drawings and perform basic material calculations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills on site.
• Experience coordinating head workers, skilled workers and daily workers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Head Workers, skilled workers, helpers, and daily workers per project needs.
• Plan and distribute manpower across multiple projects according to schedule.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and progress; report shortages to supervisor.
• Oversee weekly wage administration for daily workers and payroll data.
• Coordinate material requirements, delivery, and site stock control.
• Manage project administration including records and simple reports.
• Support recruitment of head workers and helpers to build internal workforce.
