Job summary

PT Bigseller Technology Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Inbound / Training Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to train customers on products, onboard new users, and respond to inbound inquiries. You will help grow the business by identifying opportunities and building lasting customer relationships.

The role requires Mandarin fluency, strong presentation and communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1 in any major.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) is mandatory.
English communication is an advantage.
Confident in public speaking and delivering presentations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Willing to learn new products and technologies.
Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
Provide onboarding and guidance to new customers on using the company's products.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and identify business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare training materials and product presentations.
Support marketing events, webinars, and customer workshops when required.
Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations for product improvement.
