Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer visits to establish partnerships related to product offerings.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with both existing and new customers.
• Receive orders from customers while considering production capacity and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate product pricing with customers.
• Visit companies to submit proposals and offer contracts.
• Monitor smooth delivery of goods to customers by coordinating with superiors in case of discrepancies.
• Identify issues related to customer complaints and coordinate with superiors or relevant departments.
• Gather customer insights on reasons for choosing paper packaging products.
