Minimum 2 years in Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive roles.
Fluent Mandarin with ability to negotiate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Understanding of import processes from China to Indonesia is a plus.
Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential customers through B2B and B2C channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Present and explain the company's services, pricing, and import processes to prospective customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
Follow up on potential leads, convert prospects into customers, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Monitor sales performance, achieve assigned sales targets, and prepare regular sales activity reports.
Willing to travel for business when required.
