Job summary

PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk is seeking a corporate sales professional to identify and develop Mandarin-speaking B2B clients and partners in Indonesia. You will conduct market research, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to tailor insurance products.

The role requires strong Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia communication, a Bachelor’s degree, and 1–2 years of relevant experience. Proactive outreach and presentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• HSK Level 4 or equivalent Mandarin proficiency is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, B2B preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop corporate clients and partners, especially Mandarin-speaking markets.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients through regular contact, meetings and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align products with client needs.
• Prepare sales and marketing materials, proposals, presentations and client communications for B2B.
• Support marketing team in client meetings, presentations, visits, events and other activities.
• Provide Mandarin interpretation during meetings and translate relevant materials.
