Job summary

NIITAKA JAPINDO MAKMUR is seeking a sales-focused professional in Jakarta Selatan to develop new business, manage key accounts, and drive revenue through strategic client engagements. The role emphasizes relationship building, proposal presentation, and target achievement in a multinational, B2B environment.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of sales experience, strong English skills, and preferably Mandarin, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or International Relations is required.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in sales.
• Strong English, Mandarin preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with target-based environment.
• Experience in a multinational company in the B2B industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactive in searching for new customers and making sales reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
• Create action plans to achieve sales targets.
• Visit customers to present offers, follow up on supply status, and ensure order compliance.
• Conduct product presentations and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of ordered products and manage customer databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams through meetings to ensure cross-department synergy.
