Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record in acquiring corporate/enterprise clients.
• Experience in consulting, HR services, SaaS, logistics, banking, or professional services preferred.
• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B and enterprise clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to contract signing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
• Lead, recruit, train, and mentor Business Development team members.
• Identify new market opportunities and client acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
