Job summary

PT Alderon Pratama Indonesia is seeking a target-driven Specifier/Project Sales professional in Jakarta to build relationships with architects, developers, consultants, and contractors and to understand project priorities. You will identify opportunities and position products that meet client needs while contributing to project win rates.

A Civil Engineering or Architecture degree, Mandarin and English communication, and a valid driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Mandarin language speaker required.
• 2–3 years experience in specifier/architect/project sales in building materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong English communication.
• Strong network with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and government project stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Valid driving license (C and A) and SIM A.
• Willing to travel; preferably based in Sunter, Kelapa Gading, or North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, and business owners.
• Gather information related to ongoing projects and understand customer and business priorities.
• Provide proactive customer service and ensure company products are specified clearly and concisely.
• Prepare visitation database reports, monitor project developments, and update the sales project team.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, seminars, and product demonstrations.
• Support the sales team for current and ongoing projects and manage related administrative work.
