The role requires Mandarin fluency, a consultative sales mindset, and a background in Civil Engineering or QS. Experience in construction, BIM, or software is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency is required.
• 1+ year of B2B sales experience or Civil Engineering / QS background.
• Experience in construction, BIM, or software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with owners, contractors, and consultants.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
• Deliver BIM software demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Handle negotiation, proposal follow-up, and deal closing.
• Act as a trusted partner from pre-sales to post-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal implementation teams to help client success.
