Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese proficiency required for communication with Chinese suppliers and vendors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, administrative and coordination skills.
• Interest in learning purchasing processes, procurement, price negotiation, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with local and Chinese suppliers using Mandarin Chinese.
• Assist in supplier search processes, request quotations, and compare prices.
• Administer purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and purchasing documentation.
• Monitor order status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure goods are available according to specifications and required timelines.
• Willing to work in an industrial/manufacturing environment and learn procurement processes.
