Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 from any major.
• Fluent Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage data accurately.
• Experience in purchasing/procurement is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing activities and coordinate with suppliers.
• Communicate and negotiate with local and overseas suppliers.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and purchasing documents.
• Monitor orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
• Compare prices and negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate purchasing requirements with internal teams.
• Maintain purchasing records and prepare regular reports.
