Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
• Degree in Chinese Studies/Mandarin or Business Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select potential vendors/suppliers, particularly from China.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, product specifications, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor procurement process from PO issuance to timely delivery to warehouse.
• Coordinate with Logistics/Warehouse to ensure receiving aligns with PO.
• Analyze market trends and cost estimates to improve supply chain efficiency.
