Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRGA, preferably in F&B or retail.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR administration, including employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation.
• Process end-to-end payroll, attendance verification, overtime, allowances, deductions, and reporting.
• Manage BPJS administration, including registration, data updates, contributions, and payments.
• Support recruitment, job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Oversee General Affairs, including office supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, and GA support.
• Maintain attendance, discipline, and policy compliance; assist training programs.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data; manage industrial relations.
