Job summary

PT Ayaskara Alam Nusantara is seeking an HR Staff to support recruitment and HR operations in North Jakarta. You will review CVs, invite candidates for interviews, and prepare interview logistics.

You will handle employee administration, attendance reporting, and weekly reporting for the holding company. The role also involves Industrial Relations coordination with Disnaker and assisting monthly payroll, with expectations to adapt and learn in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Law / Psychology / HR Management / Related major.
• Minimum 1-2 year experience as HR Staff.
• Ability to speak Mandarin and English in daily communication and reporting (Mandarin prioritized).

Responsibilities

• Review candidate CVs and assess qualifications.
• Invite candidates and prepare for interview processes.
• Handle and prepare employee administration paperwork.
• Manage attendance reports.
• Prepare weekly reports for Holding Company.
• Coordinate Industrial Relations with Disnaker.
• Assist monthly payroll and other duties as needed by leadership.
