MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to standardize and lead HR frameworks across headquarters and manufacturing sites in Indonesia. The role focuses on KPI-driven performance, labor compliance, and managing Chinese expatriate workforce governance.

The candidate will report to the Group Owner and will drive talent development, HR practices, and cross-cultural collaboration between Chinese expatriate leadership and local HR teams across multiple facilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Law, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 8 years HR and General Affairs experience with at least 3 years in a managerial/group role.
• Experience across multiple manufacturing sites and large employee populations.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and standardize group-wide HR policies, handbooks and procedures.
• Design KPI, performance evaluation and management frameworks for leadership levels.
• Strengthen talent management, succession planning and organizational development.
• Serve as HR liaison between Group Owner, expatriates and plant leaders.
• Manage Chinese expatriate employment, work permits, immigration and compliance.
• Ensure Indonesian labor regulation compliance and contract governance.
• Guide management on PKWT, PKWTT, terminations and employee relations.
• Lead plant HR teams and standardize reporting across units.
