Job summary

C&D Inc. is seeking a logistics professional to manage export-import documentation and shipment processes in Jakarta. The role requires coordination with forwarders, shipping lines, PPJK, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely clearance and status updates.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of experience in Export-Import/Logistics, with good English and Mandarin preferred. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Export-Import/Logistics; fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiar with PEB, PIB, BL/AWB, Invoice, Packing List, and COO.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good English; Mandarin is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle export & import documentation and shipment processes.
• Coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines, PPJK, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor customs clearance and shipment status.
• Ensure compliance with export-import regulations.
• Handle shipment issues and maintain related reports/documents.
