Job summary

PSA BDP in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Logistics Staff on a temporary basis to support export/import document processing and shipments. The role requires at least 2 years in freight forwarding or logistics and a diploma or associate degree.

You will coordinate shipments by air, sea, and land, prepare shipping documents, monitor status, and liaise with warehouses and operations. English is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor shipments via air, sea, and land transportation.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and bills of lading.
• Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics execution.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and international shipping regulations.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update data in logistics systems.
• Assist in resolving operational issues related to shipments and delivery schedules.
