Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate shipments via air, sea, and land transportation.
• Prepare and process shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, bills of lading).
• Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics execution.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and international shipping regulations.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update data in logistics systems.
• Assist in resolving operational issues related to shipments and delivery schedules.
