Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Logistics Staff Mandarin Speaker for a trading company in Jakarta. You will manage import-export logistics from PO to delivery, coordinating with principals in China and Europe, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.

You will ensure accurate customs documentation (LS, PIB) and collaborate with Finance and Warehouse on payments and goods receipt. Strong Mandarin and English skills are essential for international coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Mandarin and English proficiency required for coordinating with foreign partners.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as logistics staff with end-to-end shipment process, including customs clearance and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Manage import-export logistics from PO to delivery and receipt at the Warehouse.
• Coordinate with Principals in China and Europe on schedules and documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, and other parties throughout the import-export process.
