Peoplyee is seeking a Logistics Staff member at our Cikarang location to coordinate shipments from distribution centers to customers and other centers. You will manage reverse logistics, maintain service standards, and support end-to-end supply chain activities.

Experience with customs documentation and CEISA is preferred. The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in economics, logistics, or related fields and at least 1 year in a similar export-import position, with attention to detail

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, Export-Import, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Logistics Staff member or in a related export-import position.
• Understanding of customs regulations governing import and export activities.
• Experience preparing customs documents, including BC 2.0, BC 3.0, BC 2.3, BC 2.7, and other relevant documents.
• Experience operating customs modules, including CEISA or other related systems.
• Strong attention to detail when managing logistics documents and administrative tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate product shipments from distribution centers to customers or other distribution centers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Manage reverse logistics processes for returned orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Support end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations.
• Prepare and process customs documentation, including BC 2.0, BC 3.0, BC 2.3, BC 2.7, and other relevant documents.
• Operate customs systems and modules, including CEISA, to support import and export activities.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and complete other related duties as assigned.
