Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin is mandatory.
• Able to communicate with both Chinese management and Indonesian employees.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Cikupa, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Director to assist daily business operations.
• Communicate in Mandarin with the Director and coordinate with the Indonesian team.
• Manage recruitment activities: posting vacancies, screening CVs, contacting candidates, arranging interviews, and onboarding.
• Assist with employee training, attendance, performance follow-up, and HR administration.
• Coordinate and communicate with employees to ensure tasks are understood and completed.
• Support the development of the companys e-commerce and TikTok live commerce business.
• Coordinate with TikTok live-streaming hosts, operations staff, and other e-commerce team members.
• Understand and follow up on live-streaming operations, schedules, products, sales activities, and team performance.
• Assist with office administration and daily company operations.
• Follow up on important tasks assigned by the Director and report progress.
• Help solve day-to-day operational and employee-related issues.
• Support the establishment and development of company procedures and internal management systems.
