Job summary

PT GEMANTI TRADE INDONESIA is seeking a hands‑on HR and operations coordinator to work closely with the Director. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee communications, and daily business activities across the Indonesian team.

You will help post vacancies, screen CVs, arrange interviews, and coordinate with the China team on cross‑border projects. Proactive, organized candidates with strong MS Office or Google Workspace skills thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in E‑Commerce, TikTok Shop, Live Streaming, MCN, or a similar company.
• Experience or knowledge in Recruitment, HR, Administration, or Employee Relations.
• Know how to use Indonesian recruitment platforms and social media to find candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, trustworthy, and detail‑oriented.
• Able to communicate confidently with different types of people.
• Comfortable in a fast‑growing company where things move quickly.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Director and assist with daily business activities.
• Help recruit and build the local Indonesian team, including posting job vacancies and searching for suitable candidates.
• Screen CVs, contact candidates, and arrange interviews.
• Assist with employee onboarding and HR administration.
• Communicate and coordinate with local employees.
• Help manage attendance, employee information, and basic HR matters.
• Support communication between the Director, Indonesian employees, and the China team.
• Assist with office and company administration.
• Support E‑Commerce and TikTok Live Commerce operations when needed.
• Help solve daily operational issues and follow up on important tasks.
