Job summary

Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Chinese Enterprise Account Specialist – HVAC to join our sales team in Tangerang, Banten. The role focuses on managing Chinese enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the HVAC sector.

You will liaise between China HQ and Indonesian teams, negotiate complex deals, and help expand our presence in the Chinese market while delivering results against sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B/project/industrial sales experience.
• HVAC/MEP/industrial equipment/engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Chinese-invested customers in Indonesia and achieve sales targets.
• Develop opportunities with Chinese factories, industrial parks, EPCs, contractors and developers.
• Promote Midea VRF, chiller and building solutions.
• Follow projects from investment planning/design through tendering and order closing.
• Coordinate communication among China HQ, Indonesia teams and customers.
