Job summary

Midea Electronics Indonesia seeks an Enterprise Account Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to join our sales team. You will identify, cultivate, and close high-value opportunities with Chinese enterprise clients while leveraging Mandarin language skills to engage with the growing client base.

This role directly supports expansion strategy and revenue growth in the Indonesian market, coordinating with China HQ and local teams to drive successful project closures from planning to order closing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B/project/industrial sales experience.
• HVAC/MEP/industrial equipment/engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Chinese-invested customers in Indonesia and achieve sales targets.
• Develop opportunities with Chinese factories, industrial parks, EPCs, contractors and developers.
• Promote Midea VRF, chiller and building solutions.
• Follow projects from investment planning/design through tendering and order closing.
• Coordinate communication among China HQ, Indonesia teams and customers
