Qualifications

• Capable of independently building and managing a sales pipeline via outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Own the full sales cycle: pitching, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Drive new client acquisition aligned with segmentation strategy and hit revenue targets.
• Craft commercial offers tailored to client objectives and present proposals.
• Increase multi-service client ratio via upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and service execution.
• Maintain CRM documentation and a healthy SQL pipeline.
• Participate in tenders and support Mandarin in meetings and negotiations.
