Job summary

The ideal candidate will develop prospects, conduct presentations and negotiations, and build strong relationships with customers and partners while coordinating with internal teams to progress

Qualifications

• Active Mandarin communication for work purposes
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Partnership, Account Management, or related fields
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and follow-up skills
• Confident in communicating and building relationships with customers and business partners
• Proactive, target-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential customers, partners, agencies, communities, and business networks
• Conduct prospecting, approach, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up
• Communicate with customers, partners, and business contacts in Mandarin
• Explain products, services, programs, and business opportunities to potential customers or partners
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners
• Support sales, marketing, business development, and customer acquisition activities
• Identify business opportunities and potential new markets
• Follow up with leads and potential partners through the next process stage
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer and business development needs
• Monitor and report on activities and business development progress
