Job summary

EBC Financial Group is seeking a proactive Business Development professional in Indonesia to identify and prospect potential clients and develop new business opportunities. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and tailor fintech solutions to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required, preferably in business or finance.
• Prior business development experience in fintech or financial services.
• Strong network with key industry players.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Proficiency in Indonesian; English or Mandarin language skills will be an added advantage.
