XPND Indonesia seeks an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to drive growth in Indonesia across ESS/BESS, Data Center, and electrical infrastructure. Focus on B2B sales, new customer acquisition, and commercial management, with coordination to China HQ.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B tech sales, a Bachelor's degree, and fluent Mandarin to communicate with China HQ, plus English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent Mandarin (business/professional level) is mandatory with ability to communicate with China HQ.
• Minimum 8 years in B2B technical sales, sales engineering, or business development.
• Experience selling technical products and solutions; strong commercial mindset.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within ESS/BESS, Data Center, and electrical infrastructure.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, technical proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Develop new accounts, expand existing customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales forecasts.
• Support daily business operations and project execution in Indonesia; coordinate with China HQ.
• Coordinate with EPCs, IPPs, distributors, industrial customers, and strategic partners.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, deliverables, and customer requirements.
• Support supplier sourcing, vendor negotiations, and local partner development.
• Coordinate commercial and operational matters with China HQ.
• Travel for customer visits and project requirements.
