Mandarin Speaker - Fleet Coordinator (Truck Operations)

Source and arrange trucking fleets to meet the company's daily transportation and operational requirements.

Coordinate with trucking vendors, fleet owners, and drivers to ensure sufficient vehicle availability.

Manage daily truck allocation and scheduling based on operational demands.

Communicate and negotiate with trucking vendors regarding rates, availability, and service arrangements.

Coordinate with Chinese-speaking management regarding trucking requirements and operational updates.

Monitor truck deployment, delivery progress, and vehicle availability to ensure smooth operations.

Handle trucking-related issues, including delays, vehicle shortages, and scheduling conflicts.

Maintain good relationships with trucking vendors and continuously develop a reliable network of transportation providers.

Requirements:

Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin (spoken) is mandatory.
