Job summary

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in related fields and 1–2 years of logistics experience, with Mandarin proficiency and strong MS Office skills. You will file documents and handle reimbursements, ensuring accurate, timely operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, SCM, Business Administration or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related administrative roles.
• Mandarin proficiency required (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for data processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Checking Purchase Order.
• Create weekly and monthly stock opname report.
• Ensure delivery process runs smoothly until arrival to customer.
• Filing documents PO, SO and DO in hard and soft copy.
• Checking branch logistic reimbursement.
• Create transportation reimbursement.

• Make sure the delivery proccess running smooth until arrived to customer
• Filing document PO, SO and DO both hard copy & soft copy
• Checking branch logistic reimbursement
• Create transportation reimbursement

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related administrative roles.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data processing and reporting.
• Experienced in handling purchase orders, stock reports, delivery coordination, and logistics documentation.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible in handling administrative tasks.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
