CEVA Logistics in Jakarta is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate daily activities including customs clearance, container haulage, and battery shuttle transportation, ensuring timely collection and delivery. You will liaise with customers, customs brokers, shipping agents, transport vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, track shipments, and support delivery scheduling.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred.
• Experience in shipment coordination, customs clearance, container haulage, or transport dispatch is an advantage.
• Proficient operational reporting; experience with TMS or shipment tracking systems is a plus.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily logistics activities including customs clearance, container haulage, and battery shuttle transportation.
• Track shipment status and follow up on customs clearance progress to support timely container collection and delivery.
• Liaise with customers, customs brokers, shipping agents, transport vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Arrange truck dispatch, monitor container movements, and support delivery scheduling based on operational requirements.
• Coordinate battery shuttle transportation schedules, vehicle allocation, and delivery status to support production continuity.
• Maintain accurate operational records, shipment trackers, transportation documentation, and proof of delivery.
• Provide timely updates on shipment status, operational exceptions, delays, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports, KPI data, and supporting documentation for management and customer review.
• Support process improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
