Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and arrange trucking fleets to meet daily requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, fleet owners, and drivers for vehicle availability.
• Manage daily truck allocation and scheduling.
• Communicate and negotiate rates, availability, and service terms.
• Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking management on requirements and updates.
• Monitor deployment, progress, and availability for smooth operations.
• Handle delays, shortages, and scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and develop a reliable network.
