Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to standardize and implement HR frameworks across headquarters and multiple manufacturing sites in Indonesia. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HRM, Law, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years HR/GA experience with 3+ years in group-level or multi-site roles.
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments with large employee populations.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and implement group-wide HR policies and procedures across HQ and manufacturing facilities.
• Design KPI, performance evaluation, and management frameworks for mid and senior management.
• Lead talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and HR practices across the group.
• Coordinate HR between Group Owner, Chinese expatriate management, plant leadership, and local HR teams.
• Manage Chinese expatriate employment, contracts, work permits, immigration, onboarding, and compliance.
• Ensure Indonesian labor regulations compliance and handle labor relations and disputes.
• Provide guidance on PKWT, PKWTT, terminations, and employee relations.
• Lead plant-level HR teams and standardize reporting across units.
• Support HR integration for new facilities and expansion projects.
