Job summary

J&T Express in Jakarta is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals and drive workforce planning for organizational effectiveness.

You will partner with leaders to implement HR policies, manage the full employee lifecycle, and ensure compliant, people‑driven operations across functions.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in HR, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in Mandarin/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably as HRBP or HR Generalist.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, manpower planning, and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business needs and provide HR solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee development, performance management, promotion, transfer, and offboarding.
• Provide HR consultation and support to employees and management regarding HR policies, employee relations, and workplace issues.
• Monitor and improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Work closely with managers to identify workforce needs, manpower planning, and organizational development requirements.
• Support performance management processes, including KPI setting, performance evaluation, and performance improvement plans.
• Handle employee relations cases and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Analyze HR data and provide insights and recommendations to management for better workforce decisions.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR functions to support business requirements.
• Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to employees and management.
• Support organizational changes, restructuring, and other HR projects as required.
• Conduct regular HRBP reviews with business units and follow up on key HR issues and action plans.
