About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager Recruitment to join our Human Resources team in Jakarta on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for leading our recruitment initiatives and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our business growth. As HR Manager Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in building high-performing teams across the company and directly contribute to our strategic objectives through effective talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Fully responsible for the company's human resources management. In accordance with Indonesian local labor laws and regulations, establish and develop a localized human resources management system. Coordinate and oversee key areas including personnel management, policies and procedures, payroll management, employee relations, and recruitment, ensuring the company's compliant and stable operations in Indonesia.
At least 3 years of experience in comprehensive HR management in Indonesia. Candidates with experience working as an Indonesian HR Manager in Chinese-funded companies based in Indonesia are preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, personal income tax, social security, employment compliance, termination compensation, and other relevant policies. Able to independently handle employment compliance issues and possess strong capabilities in identifying and controlling employment-related risks.
Experience in independently establishing localized HR systems and optimizing HR processes in Indonesia. Able to develop management policies and work procedures tailored to the company's actual needs.
Proficient in payroll review, recruitment for various positions, employee relations management, and handling labor disputes, with extensive practical experience and strong attention to detail.
Possess excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with local employees, government authorities, and third-party institutions. Strong ability to work under pressure, with a rigorous and responsible working attitude.
Full-time HR management experience in a Chinese company operating in Indonesia, with an understanding of the challenges involved in localized management of Chinese enterprises, is preferred.
Candidates with successful experience in handling labor disputes, mass employee resignations, compliance rectification, or similar HR projects in Indonesia are preferred.
Candidates who already have comprehensive Indonesian HR policy templates, salary/payroll systems, HR process records, and other relevant resources are preferred.
Basic Chinese communication skills are preferred.
