GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia is seeking a Management Trainee to join our Makassar, South Sulawesi office. This full-time role is designed to groom future leaders by rotating across departments, exposing you to various facets of the business and reporting to senior management.

You will gain broad exposure to operations, strategy development, and project management, with a focus on learning how decisions are made and how we drive sustainable growth across the region.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia in our Makassar, South Sulawesi office. This is a full-time position designed to develop the next generation of business leaders within our organisation. As a Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure to all facets of our business operations, working across various departments and reporting to senior management. This role is integral to your professional development, providing you with the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to progress into management positions. You will be immersed in our business culture, learning how strategic decisions are made and how we drive operational excellence across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior management across multiple business units and departments to gain broad exposure to organisational operations
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and operational initiatives
• Participate in project management activities, contributing to the planning, execution, and evaluation of key business projects
• Conduct market research and analysis to support business decision-making and identify growth opportunities
• Contribute to the preparation of business reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership
• Support the coordination of departmental activities and cross-functional team collaboration
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to support business development objectives
• Participate in training programmes and mentoring sessions to build management and leadership capabilities

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong initiative, motivation, and commitment to continuous personal and professional development
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal)
• Willingness to travel within South Sulawesi and other regions of Indonesia as required
• Preferably, previous internship or work experience in a management, business operations, or related field
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental issues is advantageous
