Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language proficiency is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a genuine interest in management and business development.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools.

• Shadowing and supporting key business functions including finance, operations, sales, and sustainability initiatives.
• Conducting research and analysis to support business decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participating in cross-functional projects and contributing to problem-solving and process optimisation.
• Developing and delivering presentations on findings and recommendations to management teams.
• Supporting the implementation of business strategies and monitoring performance against key metrics.
• Contributing to the development of internal processes, tools, and documentation.
• Building relationships with colleagues across all levels of the organisation.
• Participating in training programmes and formal development activities to build management competencies.

About the role

We are seeking a Management Trainee to join GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia in Yogyakarta on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to launch a career in general business management within a dynamic, environmentally conscious organisation. As a Management Trainee, you will work across various business units and departments, gaining comprehensive exposure to all facets of our operations. This role is strategically important as it identifies and develops future leaders who will drive the company's growth and strategic objectives. You will report to senior management and work collaboratively across the organisation to understand business processes, develop management capabilities, and contribute to operational excellence.
