Job summary

GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia is seeking a Management Trainee in Jakarta to develop comprehensive business management skills across our diverse portfolio. You will rotate through strategy, operations, and business development working with mentors to accelerate leadership readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments and collaborate across functions.
• High level of attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Genuine interest in sustainability, business management, and continuous professional development.
• Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and a proactive approach to learning.
• Preferred experience: Internship or entry-level experience in a management, finance, or business development function.

Responsibilities

• Support senior management in developing and implementing business strategies across assigned ventures
• Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support informed decision-making
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends
• Contribute to operational improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions
• Liaise between different departments to ensure effective communication and project coordination
• Support the preparation of business reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership review
• Participate in cross-functional projects that span multiple business units and functions
• Assist with stakeholder management and relationship building across internal and external partners
• Support the implementation of sustainability and environmental best practices within operations
• Learn and apply business management principles whilst working under the guidance of experienced mentors

About the role
