Job summary

GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia is seeking a Management Trainee in Palu, Central Sulawesi. This full-time program rotates across departments to build management capabilities and expose you to our operations and strategic initiatives.

You will work closely with senior management, gaining practical experience and developing leadership competencies with structured rotations and mentorship, aimed at advancing within our growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Support senior managers and department heads in daily operations and strategic projects.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Participate in development and implementation of business initiatives and improvement programmes.
• Contribute to data collection, analysis and reporting for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and business events.
• Develop understanding of operations, systems and strategic objectives through rotations.
• Contribute to policies, procedures and best practices documentation.
• Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

About the role

We are seeking a Management Trainee to join GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia in Palu, Central Sulawesi. This is a full-time position designed for ambitious individuals eager to develop their management capabilities and gain practical experience across multiple business functions. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with senior management, rotating through various departments to gain comprehensive exposure to our operations and strategic initiatives. This role is fundamental to our talent pipeline, offering you the opportunity to understand our business model, develop key management competencies, and position yourself for advancement within our growing organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior managers and department heads in executing daily operations and strategic projects across multiple business units

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and tactically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business software systems
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments and independently when required
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Keen interest in business management, operations, and career development in leadership roles
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and learn new systems and processes
• Preferred: Previous internship or work experience in a business management, operations, or administrative role
• Preferred: Familiarity with sustainability practices and environmental business principles
