GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia is seeking a Management Trainee to join our Makassar, South Sulawesi office. This full-time role is designed to groom future leaders by rotating across departments, exposing you to various facets of the business and reporting to senior management.

You will gain broad exposure to operations, strategy development, and project management, with a focus on learning how decisions are made and how we drive sustainable growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Support senior management across multiple units and departments to gain broad exposure to operations
• Assist in developing and implementing business strategies and operational initiatives
• Participate in project management, planning, execution, and evaluation of key initiatives
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership
• Coordinate departmental activities and foster cross-functional collaboration
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support business development
• Participate in training and mentoring to build management capabilities
