About the role

We are seeking a Management Trainee to join GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia in Bandung, West Java. This is a full-time position designed to develop the next generation of business leaders within our organisation. As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through various departments and business units, gaining exposure to different aspects of our operations whilst working alongside experienced managers and senior executives. This role is fundamental to our succession planning strategy and offers a structured pathway into middle management positions within the company. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, strategic objectives, and management practices across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Rotating through multiple departments and business units to gain broad exposure to organisational operations and management practices
• Supporting departmental managers in executing key business initiatives and projects
• Assisting with the development and implementation of operational processes and systems
• Gathering and analysing data to support decision-making and business planning
• Participating in cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
• Supporting the execution of strategic projects and initiatives under management supervision
• Contributing to the development of business plans and performance metrics for assigned areas
• Attending management training sessions and professional development programmes
• Building relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation and understanding their operational needs
• Preparing reports and presentations on findings and recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to think strategically
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to work effectively in team environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Adaptability and willingness to learn across different business functions and sectors
• Initiative and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is essential
• Willingness to relocate to Bandung, West Java, or already based in the region
• Preferred: Previous internship or work experience in a corporate environment or business operations
• Preferred: Knowledge of or interest in sustainability and environmental practices
